William and Susan Bloomfield campaign spending
Bill and Susan Bloomfield of Manhattan Beach spent about $5.85 million to help shape the outcomes of the 2014 elections in California. The lion’s share of their spending went toward efforts to elect Marshall Tuck as state superintendent of public instruction (he lost) and Ben Allen to the state Senate (he won).
